Organic Nori leaves as a natural product
The algae shop Bio Nori leaves are a dried, unprocessed natural product. These are not sushi-nori leaves (with these, the algae are finely crushed, mixed with water and dried to seven to scrolls). The product is not roasted in particular.
How do I use whole organic nori leaves in the kitchen?
Combines the organic Nori leaves with domestic Umami foods: mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, fried vegetables, egg or meat. Previously avoids additional salts of food, because Nori brings enough salt.
Algentladen Bio Nori leaves have a great Umami aroma, which reinforces the roasting again. The coarsely crushed leaves pivots with large heat without oil into a pan and roasts them with constant stirring for about 3 minutes.
The Nori-Alge is very tasty.
