  • 45g Insect flour (Insect meal of your choice, here meal flour)
  • 5 El Nussmus or peanut butter (e.g. Almond or peanutus)
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons milk or milk set (soy or oatmilk)
  • 2 el maple syrup

  1. Include all ingredients into a powerful mixer or a food processor and create a delicious insect dough
  2. Forms from the insect mass a ball and press it flat with a wooden board or roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then give the dough into the freezer for around 25 minutes. It is recommended to roll the dough in on baking paper. Then the dough dissolves better.
