You can make the power balls easy and straightforward, the insect balls give you the necessary power, if you need strength again. You can do ours Insect flour, as well as our edible insects (Mehlworm, cries (barbecue), grasshopper) process in the power ball.

• 150g dates (best stitched)
• 150g Insect flour (Insect meal of your choice)
• 150g Nussmus or peanut butter (e.g. Almond or peanutus)
• 3-4 tablespoons of ground nuts of your choice
• 2-3 tablespoons of flax seeds or chiaims
• Further ingredients of your choice (e.g. Cocoa powder, coconut, lemon peel, edible insects etc ..)

1. Process dates in the mixer to a paste, for example with a puree or mixer
2. Add insect meal of your choice. Likewise nutmus, nuts and chiaims. Mix vigorously!
3. Cool the mass for about 1 hour in the fridge.
4. Then shape small snack balls.
5. After willing in cocoa powder, coconut or orange abrasion.
6. Use in between as a healthy insect snack!
